Sollievo expresses emotional or physical relief — con mio grande sollievo (to my great relief), trovare sollievo (to find relief). It is always masculine (il sollievo). Do not confuse with rilievo (relief as in topography, or a remark/observation), which sounds similar but is unrelated.
