Usage Note
Inebriante is used both literally (of fumes or scents that cause light-headedness) and figuratively (of an atmosphere, success, or emotion that is thrillingly overwhelming). It is invariable for gender — un profumo inebriante and una vittoria inebriante both use the same form. The plural is inebrianti.
