Usage Note
Apparso is the past participle of apparire ('to appear'), used in compound tenses with essere: È apparso all'improvviso ('He appeared suddenly'). As an adjective it describes something that has come into view. Note the irregular participle — apparire gives apparso, not the expected -ito.
Examples
"Il sole è apparso tra le nuvole."
Natural Translation
The sun appeared through the clouds.
Literal Translation
The sun is appeared among the clouds.
