Usage Note
Ammirazione is always feminine and used with avere ammirazione per (to have admiration for) or suscitare ammirazione (to arouse admiration). The verb is ammirare (to admire) and the person is ammiratore/ammiratrice (admirer). Do not confuse with ammiraglio (admiral), which shares the same root.
