Ventesimo is the ordinal for 20th and agrees in gender and number: ventesima (f), ventesimi (m pl), ventesime (f pl). As a noun (il ventesimo) it means one twentieth (a fraction). Italian ordinals above tenth are formed by dropping the final vowel and adding -esimo: venti → ventesimo.
