Rock is an invariable masculine loanword from English, used both as a noun (il rock) and as an attributive adjective (un concerto rock, un gruppo rock). The plural is identical: i rock (when counting genres or bands informally). It is not italicised in modern Italian usage, having been fully absorbed into the language.
