Sintattico is a technical linguistic adjective describing anything related to syntax (la sintassi). It is used in formal grammar, linguistics, and computing (e.g. errore sintattico = syntax error). The feminine form is sintattica, the plural sintattici/sintattiche. Outside academic or technical writing it is rarely encountered in everyday speech.
