Usage Note
Rimpinguare literally means to fatten again, but in modern usage it nearly always means to replenish or top up a fund, account, or resource: rimpinguare le casse dello Stato (to replenish state coffers). It takes avere as the auxiliary. The register is formal to journalistic; avoid it in casual speech.
