Usage Note
Nazionalista is an invariable-stem noun/adjective: the singular is always nazionalista regardless of gender (il nazionalista, la nazionalista); only the plural changes (i nazionalisti, le nazionaliste). As an adjective it also stays nazionalista in the singular. It can carry a neutral or pejorative connotation depending on context.
