Usage Note
Muovere is transitive ('to move something'); for moving oneself you need the reflexive muoversi, which colloquially also means 'to hurry up' (muoviti!). Note the stress shift in conjugation: io muovo but noi moviamo.
Examples
"Non riesco a muovere il braccio."
Natural Translation
I can't move my arm.
Literal Translation
Not I-manage to move the arm.
