Usage Note
Molto can be an adverb (invariable) — parla molto (she speaks a lot) — or an adjective agreeing with its noun: molti libri (many books), molta gente (many people). As a pre-adjective adverb it intensifies: molto bello (very beautiful). Learners sometimes forget the adjective agreement: molte ragazze not molto ragazze.
