Usage Note

Inammissibilità is a formal legal term for the condition of being inadmissible — used of evidence, claims, or appeals that a court refuses to admit or consider. Like all nouns ending in -tà, it is feminine and invariable in the plural (le inammissibilità). It belongs to the same family as ammissibile (admissible) and inammissibile (inadmissible).
