Usage Note
Falsità is an invariable noun (like all nouns ending in -tà): una falsità, molte falsità — the form never changes. It refers to a lie or a false statement, or to the quality of being false. Menzogna is a literary synonym; bugia (lie) is the common everyday word. Do not add a plural -s ending.
