Usage Note
Combinazione has several meanings: a combination of elements, a lucky coincidence (che combinazione! = what a coincidence!), a clothes combination/outfit, and an undergarment (slip/camisole). Che combinazione! is a very common exclamation. Do not confuse with combinare un guaio (to cause trouble) — the verb combinare has a colloquial negative sense as well.
