Attitudinale derives from attitudine (aptitude, attitude) and is used primarily in HR, psychology, and education: test attitudinale (aptitude test), profilo attitudinale (attitudinal profile). It is a two-gender adjective. Note that Italian attitudine leans toward 'aptitude' or 'natural ability', while 'attitude' in the English emotional sense is more often atteggiamento.
