Usage Note
Ambizioso describes a person who strives for success, or a plan that aims high. The feminine form is ambiziosa; the plural forms are ambiziosi / ambiziose. Unlike English, ambizioso is generally neutral-to-positive in Italian, not a veiled criticism.
