Also means
exhausted (colloquial)
Usage Note
Ammazzato is the past participle of ammazzare (to kill), used attributively. In informal speech it also means completely worn out: sono ammazzato = I'm dead tired. This colloquial use is very common in central and southern Italian; northerners may prefer stanco morto. In crime reporting it specifically means 'murdered', carrying a blunter tone than ucciso.
Examples
"Era completamente ammazzato dopo la partita."
Natural Translation
He was completely exhausted after the match.
