Usage Note

Accludere is an irregular verb of the -ere class. Its past participle is accluso (irregular). In formal and bureaucratic Italian it means to enclose a document with a letter: si acclude copia del contratto (a copy of the contract is enclosed). The auxiliary in compound tenses is avere.
