Usage Note
Unicità is an invariable noun — its plural form is identical to the singular (le unicità), like all Italian nouns ending in a stressed vowel. It expresses the property of being one-of-a-kind and is more formal than singolarità. The accent on the final à is obligatory in writing.
Examples
"L'unicità di questo dipinto è indiscutibile."
