Usage Note

Taglia has two main senses: a clothing size (che taglia porti? = what size do you wear?) and a bounty or reward for capturing someone (c'è una taglia sulla sua testa = there's a bounty on his head). The plural is taglie. Do not confuse with taglio (a cut, masculine).
