sensibilmente

noticeably

adverb sen-see-beel-MEN-teh Rare

Also means

significantly

Usage Note

Sensibilmente is a false friend: it does NOT mean 'sensitively' but rather 'noticeably' or 'significantly' (i prezzi sono aumentati sensibilmente — 'prices have risen noticeably'). The Italian word for 'sensitively' would be con sensibilità. This confusion is one of the most common errors for English-Italian learners.
