Jugoslavo (also spelled iugoslavo) refers to the former Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, which dissolved in the 1990s. It is used historically or to describe people and things from that era. The modern demonyms (serbo, croato, bosniaco, etc.) are used for the successor states.
