Usage Note
Inappellabilità is a legal term denoting the quality of a judgment that cannot be appealed: l'inappellabilità della sentenza (the finality of the ruling). It is always feminine and invariable in the plural (like all nouns ending in an accented vowel). Outside law it occasionally appears in figurative use to stress that a decision is absolutely final.
