Usage Note
Calcestruzzo is the standard Italian term for concrete (the building material). It is not to be confused with cemento ('cement'), which is one ingredient in concrete; calcestruzzo armato is reinforced concrete. The double 'zz' gives the characteristic 'ts' sound.
