Attillato describes clothing that fits snugly to the body, equivalent to 'figure-hugging' or 'body-con'. It agrees in gender and number: una gonna attillata, dei pantaloni attillati. It is not pejorative on its own — context or adverbs like troppo (too) add negative connotation.
